Refund Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

OperatorOS products are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, completed purchases are generally final once download access has been provided, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by law.

File problems and duplicate orders

If a file is defective, materially different from the product description, inaccessible because of a delivery problem, or purchased twice by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to provide a working replacement or correct access. If we cannot resolve a qualifying problem, we may issue an appropriate refund.

Change of mind and compatibility

We do not normally refund change-of-mind purchases, failure to use a product, or a customer's lack of compatible software when file formats were stated in the listing. Review the product description before purchase and contact us with pre-purchase questions.

Requesting help

Email dameyonkelly@yahoo.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
